At Sacredluxx we want all of our customers to have a great experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your order and the product is damaged upon arriving you will be provided with store credit. In order to receive the credit you must provide proof of damaged merchandise from the delivery company within 24 of the package being delivered. All sales are final. In some cases I will work with any customer at my discretion.
